Ye's former assistant alleged that the rapper drugged her, sexually assaulted her

Ye's former assistant accused the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her at an event co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in an amended complaint filed this week, adding another level of severity to the legal troubles facing the artist.

According to an 86-page filing in Los Angeles Superior Court, Lauren Picciotta said she and others were served drinks while co-hosted by Ye (formerly Kanye West) and Combs with a former client in Santa Monica, Calif. But after a few sips, PCOta said she started to feel disoriented.

As she “began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech,” the complaint continued. It was the last thing he remembered saying that night, before waking up the next day “feeling physically sick and confused,” he said.

He assumed that a studio assistant or someone preparing drinks had made his drink, he said in the filing, and — feeling ashamed of being unable to remember what happened that night — didn't investigate further.

Years later, after Yee fired her, she learned that he had been sexually assaulted, the lawsuit continues, after Yee's ex-wife commented that Yee and Pisciotta were “intimate” when they were married. His ex-wife was not named in the lawsuit, although Ye's marriage to Kim Kardashian ended in divorce at the time of Pisciotta's dismissal.

When Pisciotta asked if he could send a message to the ex-wife that it wasn't true, Ye reportedly replied, “We just hooked up a little once,” before reminiscing about the night in Santa Monica.

The charges on Tuesday were added to PCOTA's lawsuit first filed in June, which accuses Ye and several Yeezy divisions. wrongful termination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and unpaid wages, among other allegations.

According to the filing, PCiotta was Yee's assistant-chief-of-staff from July 2021 to October 2022. When he was promoted to the role he was promised a $3 million raise on top of his $1 million salary, but he never got it, he said, and he was fired about a month later and offered a $3 million severance package, which he didn't get. That's money, either.

Throughout her employment, she alleges, she was subjected to detailed conversations and text messages from Yee with whom she had sex or wanted to have sex — including herself.

He asked her and other female Yeezy employees for “hugs,” which the suit described as code for his feelings and hands on their bodies. In one story, she claimed that Ye made her fly from Los Angeles to New York on her birthday to hand over her passport, and when she arrived at his hotel room, he hugged her. According to the amended complaint, the artist insisted that she be the one to bring him his “sex honey,” a sexual enhancement and performance honey that he requested before having sex with the “sex-party.”

Combs is accused of throwing sex parties called “freak offs,” part of the basis for his racketeering and sex trafficking charges. The hip-hop mogul has filed 12 sexual assault lawsuits against her in the past year, with 120 more filed.

When she declined Ye's invitations for sex, she alleged that he “used false offers of a Maybach, Lamborghini, Hermes Birkin handbag, watch, rise, and more to attempt to entice and encourage Plaintiff to pursue her sexual advances and desires.” Yes. His stay.”

Yee's representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Yeh has been the focus of several employee complaints over the past year. On Thursday, an anonymous John Doe filed a lawsuit against Ye and Yeezy alleging retaliation, emotional distress and labor code violations. He said he was hired as director of intelligence and fired after allegations that the artiste threatened to kill him and alleged child abuse at Donda Academy, a private school founded by Doe.

Milo Yiannopoulos, a right-wing commentator, resigned from Yeezy in May after “Easy Porn” – an adult film company that Y had hoped to launch.

Additionally, Ye lost several business partnerships, including Adidas, which supported his successful Yeezy sportswear business, in October 2022, after publicly making anti-Semitic comments and wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt that year.
