Week 4 idle: Who's in and who's out?
Who should you start with? Who will you sit with? To help you set your fantasy football lineups and avoid starting any offensive players who won't be in the lineup, we'll post fantasy-relevant updates and analysis here as NFL teams release their official inactive lists. Any rankings cited in this column come from our ESPN Fantasy Staff Ranks.
Official Sunday inactives should begin arriving approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time: approximately 11:30 am ET for early games and 2:30 pm ET for late-afternoon games.

4 pm ET games
Trey McBride, TE, ARI: hurt — out
Impact: WR Michael Wilson could end up being the biggest beneficiary here, though TE Elijah Higgins will “replace” Hudley McBride.
Pierre Strong Jr., RB, CLE: Hamstring — out
Impact: De'Onta Foreman will get a table scrap behind Jerome Ford (knee).
David Njoku, TE, CLE: ankle — out
Impact: Jordan Akins gets the starting nod for the Browns, but fantasy managers have no reason to do so.
Justin Herbert, QB, LAC: ankle — questionable
Impact: All signs point to him starting it, but who knows if he'll be able to finish?
Michael Mayer, TE, LV: personal — out
Impact: More reasons to like Brock Bowers this week.
Davante Adams, WR, LV: Hamstring — out
Impact: Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker get a slight increase in value.
DeBo Samuel Sr., WR, SF: Calf — questionable
Impact: Currently expected to play, as is TE George Kittle (hamstring), who was removed from the injury report Friday.
Austin Ekelor, RB, WAS: hurt — out
Impact: Jeremy McNichols may see some pass-down work, but Bryan Robinson Jr. will likely do most of the RB work.
Sunday night game
Neither Bill nor Raven have any significant fantasy-relevant injuries.
1 pm ET games
Diontae Johnson, WR, CAR: Groin — active
Impact: He is expected to play alongside Xavier Leggett and Jonathan Mingo. Adam Thielen (hamstring) was placed on IR earlier this week.
Keenan Allen, WR, CHI: ankle — active
Impact: Rome Odunje (hip) has already been cleared to play and it has now been confirmed that Allen will join him in the huddle.
Jordan Love, QB, GB: knee — active
Effect: He is going to play. Still, the Packers could go with a handoff-heavy game plan.
Damon Pierce, RB, HOU: Hamstring — out
Implications: Cam Akers can once again handle most of the backfield duties here.
Joe Mixon, RB, HOU: ankle — out
Impact: Mixon had his ankle checked this morning, but the team decided not to risk it. Dare Ogunbowal has some deep sleep quality.
Tank Dale, WR, HOU: chest — out
Impact: It's Nico Collins and Stefon Diggs for the Texans.
Evan Engram, TE, JAX: Hamstring — out
Impact: Brenton Strange could be good for two to three catches in his absence.
Gabe Davis, WR, JAX: shoulder — active
Impact: He'll play — as much as you can believe the No. 3 WR in the Jaguars' offense.
Davis Allen, TE, LAR: back to — active
Impact: Colby Parkinson saw just five targets last week with Allen out.
Cooper Coupe, WR, LAR: ankle — out
Implications: With a Week 6 bye, it wouldn't be a shock to see Koop sit out the following week as well.
Alvin Kamara, RB, NO: hips — active
Impact: He ramped up as the week went on, so we always expected him to start.
Chris Olave, WR, NO: Hamstring — active
IMPACT: Friday's not looking good with the injury, but he'll at least try to play. Mason Tipton may still get some extra looks…
Cedric Wilson Jr., WR, NO: ankle — active
Impact: … Should fight Olav or Wilson along with Bub Means. It is peri (hamstring) inactive.
AJ Brown, WR, PHI: Hamstring — out
Implications: Friday's practice opened a window for optimism, but he's not ready. Jahan Dotson and Johnny Wilson were the only healthy Eagles WR options on the roster as of Friday.
Devonta Smith, WR, PHI: hurt — out
Impact: Expect TE Dallas Goedert to continue to see a ton of targets. WRs Paris Campbell and John Ross were both promoted from the practice squad on Saturday.
Russell Wilson, QB, PIT: Calf — Designated as QB3
Impact: The story remains the same: Justin Fields starts, Wilson as emergency QB.
Jaylen Warren, RB, PIT: knee — out
Impact: Naji Harris will have a heavy workload, with Corderell Patterson potentially in line for a few touches.
Richard White, RB, TB: Illness — active
Impact: Added to Saturday's injury report due to food poisoning. He is apparently good enough to play.
Bucky Irving, RB, TB: Hamstring — active
Impact: He'll play, too, but the workload in the Tampa Bay backfield remains in flux.
Jalen McMillan, WR, TB: Hamstring — inactive
Impact: Trey Palmer will pick up the slack for him, as Cameron Johnson (ankle/active) is also nursing an injury.
