Joseph Deckelmeyer of Screen Rant wrote in X that the film “takes you on a wild and exhilarating ride from start to finish.” “It's a fun popcorn movie that reminds me of early 2000s comic book movies. The action is great and it's a tribute to the action movies of the 80s. There are a lot of funny moments,” he continued. “Are there holes in the story and some problems in the story? yes [Is] Is it fun? Also, yes.”
Digital Spy editor Ian Sandwell called the third installment “the most entertaining of the trilogy”, adding that “it's basically a fun and sweet road trip with Eddie and Venom on their runaway Thelma and Louise dreams, including car karaoke and dog rescue. Even you You can become emotional yourself.”

“I saw #Venom the Lastdance and it's the most cinematic, monumental #Venom movie ever. Eddie Brock and Venom's dynamic is one of the strongest in this one so A lot more I had a lot of fun with this one…the final job is BONKERS! Is it perfect? Nah, far from it. However, it's leaps and bounds ahead of #Venom and has a way smoother plot than #VenomLetThereBeCarnage. #SpiderMan4 rumors have been blown out of proportion IMO, but #VenomTheLastDance has me wanting more of these two. And Knull (mostly).” — Josh Wilding (@Josh_Wilding)
“#Venom The Last Dance Tom Hardy sees a fun finale worthy of the franchise. With a stack of set pieces ranging from kooky to crazy, it doesn't hold back with the phenomenal action. Take it for what it is. Grab some popcorn and go with the flow of this Raging Road movie.” – Simon Thompson (@ShowbizSimon)
“#Venom The Last Dance 'Venom' is the best of the movies — the craziness is ramped up significantly but there's also heart. It's not perfect but it's highly entertaining and has a giant monster that chews people up and sprays blood on the back of its head. Pretty nuts.” – Drew Taylor (@DrewTaylord)
“Venom The Last Dance is an awkward buddy roadtrip that stretches its PG-13 rating as far as it can go. Simply put – Venom 3 is the classic guilty pleasure movie. Turn off your brain and let #venom snack on them.” — Chris Killian (@chriskillian)
“I think #Venom The LastDance is the best of the three, though still incredibly bad. It's weird, and worth watching, because it's willing to try anything. Symbiote fish? Sure. Mrs. Chen dance sequence? Why not. I laughed a few times, but This trilogy is barely done. Sigh” – Sean O'Connell (@Sean_OConnell)
