Federal prosecutors think there's no way around that Sean “DD” Combs.
The Bad Boy Records founder pleaded not guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy and one count of sex trafficking, each of which carries a maximum prison sentence, as well as one count of transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
But authorities said the Sept. 16 arrest of Combs was the latest step in their quest to bring the 54-year-old to justice for more than a decade's worth of alleged crimes, and that their investigation is far from over.

Combs is accused of using a vast network of operatives within his business empire and other associates to cover up crimes including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
“The complaint alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people over a period of years and in a variety of ways,” the prosecutor continued, “using force, threats of force and coercion to engage in enhanced sexual performances with male commercial sex workers. “
