Steve ditches plans to get breast implants for comedy prank after talking to transgender man he meets on day of surgery: 'It's not all fun and games'

The “Jackass” alum revealed in a new interview with Steve-O Consequence that she temporarily scrapped a plan to get breast implants for a hidden camera sketch she plans to do for her upcoming live tour, “The Super Dummy Tour.” Steve-O's idea was to make himself look like a woman and then drive a group of men down the street.

“I got it within 10 hours of surgery,” says Steve-O. “The surgery was supposed to take place at eight in the morning. And at 10:00 PM the night before, I got a call that the anesthesiologist had come back from it, because he found out that I was doing it as a stunt. And that kind of started a chain reaction where doctors didn't want to be associated with it anymore and they were having trouble finding another surgery center to do it.”

The next day Steve is at a grocery store and Clark checks him out to find out he's transgender, so he reveals his grand plan to get breast implants to see if it's something Clark is comfortable with. One idea for Steve-O was to get implants and then shave his body hair and remove his tattoos so he could attend a motorcycle rally and flirt with men, only to take off his helmet to reveal that he was actually a man. .

“I knew what my motivation was, I knew what my purpose was, and it wasn't to hurt anybody,” Steve-O said. “I was just trying to get a smile. I did a bunch of workshop shows to test the material and I had a lot of trans people come up to me after the shows [the stunt]. And I think some people are okay with that, and some people aren't. It will be a mixed bag.”

The clerk fell into the latter category and said that “the part where I deliberately set out to trick people into thinking I'm a woman and then fool them and then celebrate the idea of hate. [trans people] — that was one [bad] thing.”

Additionally, the clerk described “how they weren't allowed to use the bathroom at work, in a country that probably has 28 states that would arrest them for having an ID that said woman on it. that there is a concerted effort by politicians to keep them in detention camps. It was really quite heartbreaking, the level of oppression that was described.”

That's when Steve chose not to go through with his plan to get breast implants “framed like that, I thought about it in a way I hadn't before, where you know, wow, maybe it's not all fun and games . Especially jokes.”

Steve-O originally announced her plans to get breast implants in July. The “Jackass” favorite will perform “The Super Dummy Tour” in theaters around the United States this fall. To read his interview in full visit the Results website.
