Some Delta Air Lines passengers report earaches, nosebleeds due to possible cabin pressure problem
A Delta Air Lines flight returned to Salt Lake City after some passengers experienced nose and ear discomfort due to cabin pressure.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed with Fox News Digital that the crew of Flight 1203 bound for Portland International Airport returned to Salt Lake City International Airport on Sunday after reporting possible pressurization problems.
The flight, a Boeing 737-900, had 140 passengers and landed safely around 8:30am.

According to KSL, a passenger said that those onboard started feeling pain shortly after takeoff.

“I looked over at my husband, and he had his hands over his ears, you know, kind of leaning forward,” the passenger told the outlet. “I saw a row behind me, on the other side of the aisle, and there was a gentleman who obviously had a really bad bloody nose and people were trying to help him.”

There were 10 passengers who required a medical evaluation after possible stress problems. The airline did not disclose what type of evaluation or treatment they received.

“We sincerely apologize for our customers' experience on September 15 flight 1203,” the airline said in a statement. “The flight crew followed procedures back to SLC where our teams on the ground supported our customers with their immediate needs.”
The FAA continues to investigate the incident.
