Provisional contract details now available; A date has been set for an informational rap session
NALC has developed a comprehensive summary of the terms of the tentative contract with the United States Postal Service.
Article 16 of the NALC Constitution requires ratification of agreements by a postal referendum among qualified NALC members. The ratification balloting process will take place in the coming weeks. The terms of the contract do not come into force until ratified.

Informational rap session on temporary contracts
NALC has scheduled four informational rap sessions during the week of October 27 for branch leaders to learn about the tentative agreement. These events will be held as follows:
- October 27 – Houston, TX
- October 29 – San Francisco, CA
- October 31 – Minneapolis, MN
- November 2 – Washington, DC
