Packers list QB Jordan Love questionable vs. Colts Week 2 Injury Report
GREEN BAY – The Packers have listed quarterback Jordan Love (knee) as questionable for Sunday's home opener against the Indianapolis Colts.
Running back Marshawn Lloyd (hamstring) and receiver Jaden Reed (calf/shin) are also questionable.
Love did not practice this week after suffering a knee injury late in last Friday's 34-29 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, but head coach Matt LaFleur has left the door open for Love to play all week.
“He's doing good,” LaFleur said after Friday's practice. “He's got a great attitude and is working hard and getting better every day.”
If Love can't go, third-year quarterback Malik Willis will start in his place.
Reed was added to the injury report after being limited in Friday's practice. The second-year receiver is coming off a career day against the Philadelphia Eagles where he registered 171 total yards (138 receiving and 33 rushing) and two touchdowns.
The Packers have not issued a game status for the following players who are all expected to be available vs. the Colts: defensive lineman Kenny Clark (toe), running back Josh Jacobs (back), linebacker Quay Walker (groin), cornerback Corey Ballantine (oblique). , and linebacker Edgerin Cooper (knee).
Clark was a full participant on Friday after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Colts have ruled out safety Julian Blackmon (shoulder) and listed three as questionable: DeForest Buckner (back), defensive end Kutty Peye (hamstring) and receiver Josh Downs (ankle).
Neither Blackmon nor Buckner practiced this week. Pei returned to limited capacity on Friday.
Kicker Matt Gay (hernia) did not receive a game status and is expected to play.
