Eric and Lyle's Family members are demanding their releaseClaims there is new evidence Jose Menendez Abused them. Prosecutors now Review new claims And they'll decide whether they should get a new trial or go for a new sentence — perhaps manslaughter — that could set them free.
Alan says the molestation claims don't matter … He says even if Eric and Lyle were abused and scared of their parents, they weren't in danger when they ambushed their mom and dad at their Beverly Hills home and blew them up. In 1989, the couple took out their brains with a shotgun while watching TV.
