The 40-year-old explained her need for facial fillers, sharing several photos of the huge indent on her right cheek.

“As a result of the surgery, and my incredible doctor removing the tumor, I ended up with an indentation on the side of my face,” Khloe shared on Snapchat on Oct. 11, along with an image of her altered facial structure. “I waited 9 months after surgery to fill in the indentation.”

As for why the reality star left the indent for so long, she explained, “We had to make sure everything was medically safe and my doctor gave me the go ahead.”
