Kanye “Ye” West Sues Former Assistant For Allegedly Drugging, Sexually Assaulting Him During A DD Studio Session

According to California court documents, Kanye “Ye” West is suing his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Pisciotta previously sued the rapper in June, alleging sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination. She sued him and his various companies for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to the amended suit, filed and received on Oct. 8 TMZPisciotta claims that he and his former artist management client, who has not been named, were invited to one of Combs' studio sessions. Shortly after they arrived, “he and others present were served drinks, followed by an announcement that everyone would have to drink, if they wanted to stay,” the suit alleges.

Pisciotta drank and “after taking a few small sips of the drink, poured at Kanye West aka Ye's direction by a studio assistant and then served to him by Kanye West, the plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented,” according to the filing.

The next day, he claims he woke up and remembered almost nothing of what had happened the night before, except that he felt “extreme shame and embarrassment”.

For years, West's former assistant thought he was just getting laid and making a fool of himself at a work event. Much later, she says the rapper allegedly popped the question that night, told her they “kind of hooked up,” and provided details about what happened between them, according to the lawsuit.

While Combs is named in the amended lawsuit filed as co-host of the event, Pisciotta is not accusing the former music mogul — who is now in jail awaiting trial for sex trafficking and racketeering — of any wrongdoing at this time.

According to the preliminary lawsuit, the OnlyFans model alleged that her former employer sexually harassed her several times.

One of the texts he sent her allegedly read, “See my problem is I want to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they are when I fuck them. Then I want him to cheat on me,” according to the suit. In another, he complained, “Is my dick racist? I'll look at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.”

According to The Rolling StonesPisciotta also claimed that the rapper was “fixated on the size of the penis” of his partners and would masturbate during phone conversations with her.

At the time, West's legal representative released a lengthy statement saying the rapper would take legal action against his former assistant, who “coercively pursued him sexually for jobs and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when his advances were rejected.”

The statement continued, in part, “During her employment, Ms. Picotta offered [West] Sent sex on her birthday which she rejected [West] Unsolicited nudity, sexual narratives and business hours have been seen roaming the office. On one occasion, Pisciotta boasted that the best moment of his life was when he was ejaculated by a football player while simultaneously texting his boss. It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta constantly uses sexual coercion in an effort to obtain not only money but also material goods, such as a Hermès Birkin bag, a Lamborghini, and an endless quest for plastic surgery.
