Kanye West sues ex-assistant for drugging, sexually assaulting Sean 'Diddy' Combs during studio session

Kanye West's former assistant Lauren Picciotta claims in a bombshell lawsuit that she was drugged and sexually assaulted while attending a studio session with her ex-boss and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In an amended complaint obtained by Page Six Saturday, the model alleges that during the session in Santa Monica, California, she was allegedly given a drink “laced with an unknown drug.”

She claimed that West, 47, who ordered the drink poured and after taking a few sips, “started to feel unsteady.”

According to the complaint filed Oct. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court of California, Pisciotta began feeling disoriented and “less in control of his body and speech.”

The next morning, he claimed he felt sick and “extremely ashamed” – but all the details were still unclear.

Pisciotta, who sued West earlier this year for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, claimed he was “much later” on the night of the studio session.

She alleged that the Yeezy founder admitted to her that they “had a little hookup once,” referring to the night she was drugged, according to the complaint.

West was reportedly married at the time of the alleged assault. He and Kim Kardashian married in 2014 and settled their divorce in 2022.

West's wife, who was not named in the complaint, allegedly accused him of having a sexual relationship with Pisciotta, prompting him to confess to what happened during the studio session.

“Yet until that day, until that conversation and the revelation of the true events and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or believe that she had been sexually harassed that night, as Plaintiff only thought she had been groped by a studio assistant, Perhaps he embarrassed himself and then took the blame,” the complaint added.

The former assistant felt “disgusted and numb” by West's alleged revelations and knew at that point that she had to quit working for the “power” rapper.

However, she had to be “extremely careful” in the way she distanced herself, as she believed she would be “silenced, blacklisted and retaliated against,” according to the complaint.

The PCOTA was reportedly fired soon after. She claims in her lawsuit, which was originally filed in June, that she was never paid the $3 million in severance she was owed.

In the filing, the Onlifans model also talked about receiving lewd texts from West on multiple occasions.

“See my problem is I want to f–k but then after I f–k I want a girl to tell me how much pain they had while I'm f–k them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” he said. One of the messages read.

Pisciotta claims to have received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy workers – both “male and female” – from West.

Also, she claims to have seen the “Gold Digger” rapper masturbate next to her before falling asleep. He also allegedly became angry with her for stopping advances to “date or have sex” with her.

West's attorneys previously dismissed Pciotta's allegations as “baseless,” alleging to Page Six in June that the model “sexually pursued” the “fugitive” rapper to “enforce a job and other material benefits.”

The attorneys also claimed that PCiotta blackmailed West when “his advances were rebuffed.”

“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole her cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” they said.

“He was fired for being incompetent, for demanding unreasonable sums (including a $4 million annual salary) and for numerous documented incidents of lewd, unethical behavior.”

Page Six reached out to West's representative for comment on the new allegations in the amended complaint but did not immediately return a call. Coombs representatives also did not return our requests.
