In the DD party case, rape, sexual assault of the minor has been claimed

Six new accusers of Sean “Diddy” Combs have filed lawsuits against the music mogul, alleging rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment.

Two Jane Does and four John Does filed civil suits Monday in New York against Combs, 54, the first of 120 alleged victims to file claims against Combs that Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee announced earlier this month.

The cases include alleged incidents from 1995 to 2021, including multiple allegations of sexual assault and rape of a minor. Several of the attacks allegedly occurred at the notorious parties that Combs became known for during his three decades in the music industry.

The suit names several of Combs' businesses as defendants. A man, who accused Combs of sexually assaulting him at a Macy's in 2008, lists the department store as a defendant, and a woman, who says Combs raped her at a hotel, lists Marriott as a defendant. USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Macy's, Marriott and Combs for comment.

Buzbee revealed in a press conference on October 1 that he is representing 120 defendants, alleging “violent sexual assault or rape”, “sexual facilitation with controlled substances”, “promoting video recordings” and “sexual abuse of minors”. Among other offenses against the disputed trader.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this behavior behind closed doors,” Buzbee said at the time. “We will pursue this matter regardless of who the evidence implicates.”

Buzbee added: “It's already a long list, but because of the nature of this case, we're going to make sure we're right before we do it. But the names we're going to name … are names that will shock you.”

Combs has denied all the allegations against him. An attorney for Combs previously said in a statement, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually harassed or trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit. Any With reason and no evidence, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Coombs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other baseless claims.”

This new wave of legal action stems from Combs' arrest in September and subsequent transport charges for involvement in sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution; He is scheduled to face a criminal trial on May 5. The rapper, who has maintained his innocence amid an avalanche of civil lawsuits filed over decades alleging sexual and physical abuse, is in custody at the Special Housing Unit of Metropolitan Detention in Brooklyn. the center

Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of raping woman at NY hotel

Someone accused Jane Doe Combs of raping her in a Manhattan Marriott hotel room in 2004 when she was 19 years old.

The accuser said she initially met Combs at a photo shoot, where the rapper invited her and a friend to his hotel for a special party. At the hotel, Jane Doe said, a man “armed” her and her friend into a bedroom, saying, “You know what you're here for.”

In the bedroom, which had a locked door, Combs allegedly became “aggressive” with the two women and “eventually began to forcefully touch them without consent,” the lawsuit says. He then ordered the complainant's friend to perform oral sex on him “or he would kill them both.”

Combs forced Jane Doe to remove her clothes under threats of violence and “grossed, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe, while she pleaded with him to stop,” the lawsuit alleges.

DD, 2021, raped multiple men, unidentified persons, at the party, the lawsuit said

A man claims he was drugged and assaulted by Combs and several other unidentified men at a party in 2021.

John Doe's lawsuit states that he “went into a daze” after drinking alcoholic beverages at a New York party, and while disoriented and trying to leave, he heard a male voice saying “hold on” and promising to help him. The accused then remembers being in the bedroom, unable to move or speak.

“Multiple men began sexually assaulting her through sex and other coercive acts,” the lawsuit says. “She vividly recalled seeing Combs naked on top of her at one point during the attack,” and that she was “sexually assaulted by at least three men.”

Sean John, Eco Feud had a background in sexual harassment, the person who asked not to be named alleged

In another case, a man claimed he was sexually assaulted by DD in 2008 at a Macy's store in New York.

The man said he worked as a clothing line consultant for Eco Clothing, a competitor to Combs' Sean John clothing line. He alleged that he was in a Macy's stockroom in Manhattan in 2008 when Combs and three bodyguards entered.

Sean "Diddy" Combs hosted a launch party for the Spring 2008 Sean John underwear/loungewear collection on August 27, 2007.

After turning a corner in the stockroom, John Doe was hit “in the neck with what was probably a pistol,” the suit says, forcing him “on his hands and knees” where “he saw that each of the bodyguards had guns in their waistbands (John Doe) 'I tell you. “I will kill” heard multiple voices

Combs then allegedly approached the man on his hands and knees and “forcefully and brutally, verbally assaulted” him for at least two minutes while making derogatory comments.

“After he finished, Combs threw (John Dore's) head aside and uttered the words, 'Shut up or I'll kill you,'” the lawsuit says.

Security guard claims drugs, sexual harassment at Diddy party

Another John Doe alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her at a party in 2006.

The man said he was working for a security firm at the time and had accepted a job at a Combs “white party” in East Hampton. She said she “began to feel very ill” after consuming two alcoholic drinks supplied to her by Combs at the party.

As the man was disoriented, he claims Combs “forcefully pushed” him into an open van, held him down and sexually assaulted him.

A Biggie Smalls music video party was the site of the alleged rape, the lawsuit claims

In another case, a woman said she attended a promotional party in New York for the 1995 Biggie Smalls music video “One More Chance” where Combs approached her and asked to talk to her. When they were alone in the bathroom, he “started kissing her unexpectedly”, she says.

When she tried to move away, the woman alleged that Combs “violently struck her, hitting her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor.” He then allegedly hit her again, stripped her of her clothes and raped her. After the attack, Combs allegedly warned the woman, “You don't tell anyone about this, or you disappear.”

Sean "DD Combs" and Kim Porter were in attendance "The Real White Party" on September 2, 2007 at Combs' East Hampton estate.

The unnamed male minor claims he was assaulted at the Diddy White party

Another accuser said she was 16 when Combs sexually assaulted her at a “white party” in the Hamptons in 1998.

At the party, the man alleged that Combs ordered him to “drop his pants and expose his penis so Combs could examine it,” claiming it was a “rite of passage and a path to stardom.” It is alleged that the comb grabbed the man's genitals.

“As a result of Combs' sexual abuse of John Doe while he was a minor, John Doe suffered damages, including pain and suffering, emotional distress, physical impairment, and emotional distress,” the lawsuit states. “The interaction continues to humiliate and shame John Doe.”
