The IIFA 2024 awards ceremony was a star-studded celebration of the best talent in Indian cinema. The event was held on September 28 in Abu Dhabi. The top honor of the night, Best Picture, went to animalFeaturing Ranbir Kapoor. Director Sandeep Reddy Bhanga and producer Bhushan Kumar accepted the award on behalf of the team. In the acting category, Shahrukh Khan won the best actor for his role soldierWhile Rani Mukherjee won Best Actress for her portrayal of a determined mother Ms. Chatterjee v. Norway. Vidhu Vinod Chopra won the best director award 12th failA biopic based on the inspirational journey of IPS officer Manoj Sharma (portrayed by Vikrant Massey).

ICYDK, IIFA 2024 is a three-day event (September 27 to September 29). On the first day, the IIFA festival honored the integrated South film industry. The main awards night was held on day 2, followed by IIFA Rocks for the music industry on day 3. IIFA Rocks will be hosted by Siddhant Chaturvedi and Abhishek Banerjee.
