Former Kanye West assistant Lauren Pisciotta claims he raped her at a 'DD' party

Kanye West accused his former assistant of drugging and sexually assaulting him at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to California court documents.

Legal documents, obtained by The New York PostLauren Picciotta—who worked for the rapper as a personal assistant from 2021 to 2022—filed Oct. 8.

A few years before being hired by West, Picciotta said he and the musician met Combs while partying at a Santa Monica music studio, during which West allegedly told guests they had to drink or leave the gathering.

After taking a few sips of a drink, he “suddenly began to feel disoriented … and slipped into an altered and highly incapacitated state,” according to PCiota's filing.

The former aide said she could not remember what happened and described feeling “shame and embarrassment”.

After West fired Picotta, the rapper reportedly admitted they “hooked up” at the event. But, according to legal documents, he was “too traumatized and distraught to speak at night.”

The drug and sexual harassment allegations are part of an existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit filed by PCOTA against West in June. She previously accused the rapper of terminating her employment after he sent her sexual texts and videos without consent.

In June, West's lawyers called the lawsuit “baseless” and claimed he was blackmailing the rapper for speaking out. Page Six.

A few days after Pisciotta's initial court filing, singer-songwriter Nicki Heaton took to Instagram Live to file her own complaint against West and Combs, who she says sexually assaulted her at a music studio. Heaton also claimed that he saw West attack the PCota that night.

The West has yet to publicly acknowledge PCOTA's latest allegations. The controversial musician is going undercover in Tokyo while he works on a new album. According to music journalist Toure, West, who is worth an estimated $400 million, is living in a hotel room in a Japanese city as an “upscale homeless person.”
