Diddy's lawyer reveals the 'hardest part' of the mogul's life behind bars – and it's hilarious
Sean “Diddy” Combs is fighting in federal prison — but not for the reason you might think.
The mogul, who has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September 17 after a judge denied his bail request, will remain in his cell in the new year.
Mark Agnifilo, the attorney for the fallen Bad Boy Records founder, revealed the most challenging part of his client's prison term outside a Manhattan courtroom Thursday when the judge set Combs' sex-trafficking trial for May 5, 2025, and ordered him to remain behind bars. .
“I think the food is probably the roughest part of it,” Agnifilo admitted, per People .
The Post exclusively revealed Combs' first meal at the penitentiary: His choice of Swedish meatballs or a black bean burger, per MDC Brooklyn's food menu. He also had egg noodles, green beans and garden salad as a side dish.
The “I'll Miss You” rapper's morning in federal lockup begins at 6:00 a.m. with a breakfast consisting of cereal, fruit, toast and a breakfast cake. According to MDC Brooklyn's website, lunch is served at 11:00 am ET while dinner is served after the 4 pm ET headcount.
Agnifilo is the same lawyer who blamed the 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube found in Combs' home during an FBI raid on Costco, claiming his client “bought in bulk.” The retail giant quickly denied her allegations, revealing that none of the company's US locations carry the baby oil.
Agnifilo also questioned the number of baby oil bottles found in Combs' mansion.
“I don't think it was 1,000,” he told The Post last month. “I think it was a lot. I mean, there's a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy a lot, as we know.”
Combs was arrested and charged on September 16 with three counts of conspiracy to commit racketeering, forcible sex trafficking, deception or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors allege he drove sex workers across state lines and forced women to participate in “freak offs.” Recorded interactions with male prostitutes and sometimes for blackmail.
They claim the baby oil and lube were allegedly used “to freak off,” first revealed in Casey Ventura's explosive November 2023 lawsuit, in which she accused him of sexual and physical abuse during their 10-year relationship.
Combs denied his claims, settled the case in record time but admitted no wrongdoing. It wasn't until hotel footage of the 2016 fight was leaked, showing him brutally beating Casey, that he demanded a public apology.
Combs accused the feds of leaking the Casey fight video earlier this week.
After the alleged “freak off,” prosecutors claim Combs would hold the recorded “freak off” footage as “collateral” for blackmail and use guns to “intimidate and threaten” the people in the video.
The music man has denied the allegations against him and has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
