DD accuser's lawyer claims 'high-profile' man seen on X-rated tape at rapper's home
An attorney representing one of Sean “Diddy” Combs' accusers claims a pornographic video filmed at his Atlanta home may have featured someone “more high-profile” than the rapper.
Arielle Mitchell-Kidd, a lawyer for a woman who claims she was raped by the 54-year-old mogul in 2018, said she was contacted about “a sale of DD tapes.”
“The tapes have already been leaked to be shopped around Hollywood, but one particular person approached me about buying a particular video,” Mitchell-Kidd said Friday on News Nation's “Banfield.”
He alleged that someone “more high-profile” appeared on the tape, though he did not reveal the person's identity.
“I could say the video was obscene. It was at his Atlanta home and it appears the person is not watching the video. To me, it doesn't seem like the person knows they're being videotaped,” he added.
Mitchell-Kidd also discussed the horrific allegations made by her client, who met the disgraced musician with a friend at the artist's home. After serving a drink at the gathering, the woman “started to feel uncomfortable.”
“Coombs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “… and then ordered another gentleman to sexually assault her while she watched and pleased herself.”
He said the woman managed to escape and filed a police report about the aggravated assault. However, it is not clear whether an investigation has been initiated.
Combs was arrested by the FBI earlier this month after his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura accused him of rape and repeated abuse in a lawsuit filed in November 2023.
Although the case was quickly settled the next day, the allegations sparked a wave of other complaints from other women who claimed he acted as the kingpin of a criminal empire that abused women for decades.
Combs pleaded not guilty to charges that he assaulted and trafficked the women — including forcing them to have sex with male prostitutes he called “freak offs.”
He is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York City.
