Dave Grohl says a woman's viral Instagram post shows her love child is fake after admitting she fathered a child out of wedlock with Jordin Bloom.

A social media user with the handle @valeriegreyston shared a since-deleted photo from Wednesday of a mother holding her hand with a lengthy caption claiming the baby belonged to the Foo Fighters frontman.

“My sweet Roxy Juni Grohl, being your mom has already been the most incredible experience of my life,” the post began. “Every day, I fall in love with you and this new role.”

The netizen claimed that Grohl “by [her] Throughout the pregnancy as well,” she said, “grateful for his love and support.”

However, a rep for Grohl, 55, told TMZ later Wednesday that the baby in the photo is not the rock star's spawn.

Grohl shocked fans on Tuesday when he announced via Instagram that he welcomed a daughter with a mystery woman who is not his wife of 21 years.

“I recently became the father of a new daughter, born out of wedlock,” he wrote, “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”

The former Nirvana drummer insisted he loves his wife and their three children and is doing everything possible to “restore their trust and get their forgiveness”.

“We are grateful for your consideration of all the children involved, as we move forward together,” he added.

Grohl has not shared the identity of the woman he had an extramarital affair with or the name of his newborn.

The musician shares daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10, with Bloom.

Grohl's two elder daughters have deactivated their Instagram accounts amid the baby drama, indicating some tension in the family.

She also reportedly hired a divorce attorney before making the shocking announcement.

The Grammy winner met Bloom, a former model, in a West Hollywood, California bar in 2001 and they tied the knot in August 2003.

The couple were in high spirits as they made their last public outing together at a 2024 Wimbledon match in July – two months before her big reveal.

However, he seemed close at the time, as a resurfaced clip shows Grohl snapping an interviewer at a tennis event.

Last month, Bloom was spotted without her wedding ring as she and her husband stepped out in Los Angeles.
