Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of sexual assault in six new lawsuits, including one case involving alleged teenage victims CNN

At least half a dozen new lawsuits were filed Monday against musician and producer Sean Combs, accusing him of sexually abusing men, women and a 16-year-old boy.

The lawsuits were filed anonymously in federal court for the Southern District of New York by plaintiffs John Doe and Jane Doe. The cases range from allegations that in some cases include rape, sexual assault and drinking. Between 1998 and 2006, there were at least two alleged assaults at Combs' White party. All six plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

The latest lawsuits are part of an expected wave of lawsuits against Combs by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee and co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who previously said they represent at least 120 of Combs' alleged victims, including minors.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process,” Combs' attorneys told CNN in a statement. “In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”

Combs is currently in federal custody as he awaits trial in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for involvement in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty.

Before Monday, Combs was already facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of a variety of sexual misconduct and other illegal activities. Earlier he denied these allegations.

In one of the claims, Combs allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old male at a white party in the Hamptons in 1998. The claim states that Combs “instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose himself” “as a ritual explaining the passage and path to stardom, and also as a way to prove himself.”

The accuser said she “finally admitted that Combs sexually assaulted her by and through her power and influence over John Doe because she knew John Doe wanted to be a star.”

John Doe II filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that he was assaulted while working as security at a white party thrown by Combs in 2006. Doe alleged that Combs gave her two alcoholic drinks before forcing her into a van and sexually assaulting her. the comb

Doe said in her complaint that she quit the team and told her boss what happened.

In a third lawsuit, against Combs, his business and retailer Macy's, a John Doe claims he was assaulted and sexually assaulted when he ran into Combs and two of his bodyguards inside the stockroom of the chain's flagship department store in New York in 2008.

Combs approached the plaintiff while he was still on her hands and knees while Combs forced her to perform oral sex, according to the lawsuit.

“After he finished, Combs threw the plaintiff's head aside and uttered the words, 'Shut up or I'll kill you,'” according to the lawsuit.

Doe said he reported the alleged assault to Macy's security, who, he claims, did not investigate. Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claimed Macy's pressured executives to fire him because the retailer had signed a multimillion-dollar deal with Sean John Clothing.

In another complaint, a 19-year-old college student identified as Jane Doe said she and a female friend were invited to a photo shoot and an “exclusive” after party at the Combs Hotel in 2004. According to the complaint, Combs became “more aggressive” and “ordered Ms. Doe's friend to perform oral sex on her, otherwise he would kill them both.”

Another female plaintiff alleged that after meeting Combs at a music video after party in 1995, he “unexpectedly” began kissing her. “Feeling uncomfortable and confused, the plaintiff told him to slow down, believing they were there to talk,” the lawsuit states. “Instead, Combs went on the offensive.” When Jane Doe tried to get away, Combs “violently struck her, slammed her head against the wall and caused her to fall to the floor” and raped her, according to the lawsuit.

Combs and at least two other men allege sexual assault

A John Doe complaint states that in 2021, he attended a party at Combs' residence in New York, where he was served an alcoholic beverage.

“The effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,” the complaint states.

Doe said he became disoriented and tried to remove himself from the situation. He then recalled being in a bedroom and “although vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak or struggle.”

“Plaintiff was paralyzed – feeling as if he was trapped in his own body,” the complaint states. “He clearly remembers seeing Combs on top of him, naked, at one point
During the assault, the plaintiff was sexually assaulted by at least three men,” according to the complaint.
