Bills vs. Jets Monday Night Football scores, live updates: Post-Robert Saleh era begins as New York Buffalo hosts
Week 6 of the NFL season marks a reset for the New York Jets
The club fired head coach Robert Saleh after last week's 23-17 loss to the Vikings in London, in which Aaron Rodgers threw three interceptions, including a pick-6 in the first quarter. Now, defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbricht is taking over on an interim basis and will try to right the ship for the 2-3 Jets, who have a shot at first place in the AFC East with a win over the Bills.
The 3-2 Bills have lost two straight — a blowout loss to the surging Ravens and a walk-off loss to the Texans last week on a 59-yard Kaimi Fairbairn field goal. Josh Allen was temporarily sidelined for that game with head and ankle injuries, but was cleared in concussion protocol and returned. While he didn't turn the ball over — and didn't throw an interception on 131 pass attempts so far this season — he was just 9-for-30 passing for 131 yards in that loss, a huge chunk of which came on 49 runs. -yard catch and run by rookie receiver Keon Coleman.
