Meghan Markle is a 'dictator' who 'terrorises' workers, 'reduces grown men to tears', claims Hollywood Reporter revelations

Meghan Markle appears to be in royal hot water.

A bombshell new report alleges that the Duchess of Sussex, 43, terrorizes her staff, with one source describing her as a “high-heeled dictator” who “brought grown men to tears”.

The embarrassing revelation was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, and will likely come as a shock to Markle and her husband Prince Harry, who celebrates his 40th birthday this weekend.

“Everyone is terrified of Meghan,” a source close to the couple alleged in the article, which examined high turnover among Sussex staff.

“He belittles people, doesn't take advice. They are both poor decision makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person – no publicity – but he is very much an enabler. And he's just terrible.”

“She's absolutely relentless,” another insider told the outlet. “He walks around like a dictator in high heels, hooting and hollering. I have seen him reduce grown men to tears.”

Markle and Harry have had high staff turnover over the years. Markle's top aide and private secretary left in 2021, and last month, the couple's chief of staff resigned after just three months in the job.

But the “Archetypes” podcast host is no stranger to criticism for his treatment of his staff. In 2018, Buckingham Palace investigated Markle for her treatment of two of her royal aides, which was characterized as “bullying behaviour”.

The palace never released their findings, but Merkel called the claims “calculated smear campaigns.”

The report comes after a leading royal expert claims the former actress regrets her dramatic exit from the royal family four years ago.

Markle closed the door on royal life with Prince Harry in 2020, with the pair's move to Montecito, California creating a major ongoing rift – notably with Prince William and his wife, the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton.

“Meghan regrets some of her statements,” royal expert and commentator Kinsey Schofield told Fox News. “They were not received in the way he had hoped and several of his comments backfired.”

“She and Prince Harry deeply regret the royal racism controversy. Meghan wanted their Oprah interview to be about her mental health,” Schofield continued. .”

A new article from The Hollywood Reporter – one of the entertainment world's most respected publications – may put a dampener on the Duke of Sussex's 40th birthday this weekend.

Harry will mark the milestone on Sunday, and is expected to receive $8.5 million in cash thanks to arrangements made by his late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The late monarch left $90 million in a trust fund for his family and listed that Harry would access his share of the trust when he turns 40 as one of the terms of the fund.
