Colorado breweries who won big in the 2024 GABF competition

Colorado breweries boast another impressive showing at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival. this year, Colorado breweries took home 38 medals, celebrating awards with 34 different brewery locations.Almost matching the impressive outing of 40 medals from the Centenary State. An additional three medals were awarded to a pair of Colorado cideries, In Hikin Family Cedar (Aurora, CO) and Snow Capped Cedar (Austin, CO)Medals were awarded to cideries for the first time in a competition sponsored by the American Cider Association.

Cannonball Creek GABF continues its impressive streak of winning medals at 12 consecutive competitions, officially the longest active streak for a brewery that has won a medal every year since opening. This year, Cannonball Creek The Golden, CO-based brewery achieved one Gold medal for Zealand over New Zealand India Pale Ale Zealand class as well as one Silver Medal for American Pale Ale Featherweight category, the fifth time that Beer has received a medal at the GABF.
