He discusses what he learned throughout a challenging but ultimately enlightening year, as well as his upcoming film Unstoppable.

Lopez characterizes her continuous journey toward self-discovery and self-understanding through life's ups and downs as a “lifelong process.” “I think that's what I love about life: it has no arrival point. Only getting better and growing if you want to. It's either growing or dying, and I don't want to do the dying part.”

JLo says being in a relationship doesn't define her

Asked if she would be looking forward to dating anyone amid her split with Affleck, she said she was “excited” to spend time with herself.

“Yeah, I'm not looking for anybody, because what I've done in the last 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I do— when it's just me flying by myself … if I'm free?

In an interview with Glasser, the Grammy nominee admitted that she's in “new territory” where she can feel “lonely, unfamiliar, scary,” but she also emphasized that being in a relationship doesn't define who she is.

“When you sit in that feeling and go, 'These things aren't going to kill me,' it's like, 'Actually, I'm capable of joy and happiness on my own,'” she commented.
