TikTok star Taylor Russo Grieg has died at the age of 25


TikTok star Taylor Russo Grieg has died. He was 25 years old.

Taylor's husband Cameron Grigg shared the sad news on Instagram on Saturday.

Cameron called Taylor's death “so sudden and unexpected” and shared a link to a GoFundMe page to help the family financially.

“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age,” Cameron began her post. “This past year Taylor has faced more pain and suffering than most people in life. And yet she was still such a light and always brought joy to all around her.”

“She is the bravest and strongest woman I know, and her trust in the Lord outweighs all other circumstances, even in her darkest hours,” Cameron added. “I know he saved my life and many others out there.”

Cameron then revealed that Taylor's “worldly body is still being machined to keep her organs viable for donation.”

“Taylor wants more than anything to know that she's going to save people's lives even after she's gone from this world,” he wrote. “And even though his mortal body may fail him, his memory and life will be carried on forever. He doesn't hate anyone, anything. But he wants everyone to know he's okay.”

“He is no longer in pain, but his body is complete in Jesus' name,” Cameron continued. “We can praise God that he will suffer no more and that he is truly freed from this earthly chain! He is made whole and perfect!”

The late TikTok star's husband says they have “nothing financially” and no insurance. He then shared information about the GoFundMe that raised more than $25,000.

“And even if you can't contribute financially, prayers are always needed for our family,” Cameron said. “I love you. Taylor loves you. Thank you for all the support and kind words during this time.”

The GoFundMe page states, “It is with our deepest condolences that we acknowledge the passing of Taylor, who has now spread her wings. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. We would appreciate everyone's respect and privacy for our family during this time.”

The page also said a benefit in Taylor's honor is in the works.

Taylor had over 1.4 million followers on TikTok.

His final video was posted on September 26. It features Taylor spending time with her dog.

The late social media star started dating her husband in 2021 They first connected on Instagram and got engaged in June 2022, before tying the knot a year later on August 19, 2023.
