DD baby accused's lawyer vows to expose famous accomplices 'we all know'
A Texas lawyer who says he represents dozens of potential victims of sex-trafficking allegations vowed to name music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs this week in an ominous warning to the entertainment industry.
Tony Buzby is a former Recon Marine officer and head of a Houston-based national law firm, which has joined the AVA Law Group representing 120 new defendants.
“I expect there are a lot of nervous people right now who are searching their memories, scrubbing their social media, deleting their data on their phones hoping they're not connected to this in any way,” he said on Dr. Phil's “Mornings” Merritt Street. On Merit TV.
Buzbee added that legal action could come not only against alleged accomplices, but also against those who are capable and even those who “turn a blind eye.”

However, no lawsuits have been filed, and Buzby said he expected the first to begin within a month.
“Most cases will be filed in New York, but many may also be filed in California,” he told the hosts. “And I believe there will be many additional defendants that the public will wonder about — and we all know that.”
“The list is long.”

Buzby said earlier this week that more than two dozen new accusers who reached out to him were minors at the time of their alleged victimization, including a 9-year-old, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old.
“When you talk about the age of the victims when the behavior occurred, it's shocking,” he told reporters Monday.

Combs, through her attorney Erica Wolff, has vehemently denied the allegations.
“As Mr. Combs' legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless complaint that has become a reckless media circus,” he told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. “That said, Mr. Combs vehemently and unequivocally denies any false and defamatory claims that he sexually assaulted anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and proving himself in court, where truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation. “

Mogul is being held without bail in federal custody in New York.
Any credible civil case could lead to additional criminal charges, according to legal experts.
“If there are children who are victims, you can bet the U.S. attorney will investigate and charge DD with very serious charges,” said Philadelphia-area defense attorney David Gelman. “I wouldn't be surprised if they're already investigating and more people will be charged.”
The threat of additional civil suits pressured the billionaire Bad Boy Records founder to take a plea deal, which his lawyers said earlier this week he would not accept.
“They need to stop the bleeding, and the US attorney is going to come to them,” Gelman told Fox News Digital. “If I were DD's attorney, I would ask DD to authorize me to negotiate the best possible deal, and if he wants to cooperate, it might help him before it's too late.”
