The Dolphins responded to the Chiefs by signing All-Pro wide receiver Kareem Hunt
The return of Kareem Hunt to the Kansas City Chiefs has made a splash beyond the franchise. Players around the league are watching the signing and offering their commentary and personal connections.
Miami Dolphins All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill has never been shy about voicing his opinion about his former team. On Tuesday afternoon, he acknowledged the Chiefs' recent signing of former 2017 draft pick Hunt to the practice squad.
“My son Kareem is back at KC, I love it,” Hill wrote in her post. X account.

Hill was Hunt's teammate from 2017 to 2018. The offense relied heavily on the pairing of then-quarterback Alex Smith and current starter Patrick Mahomes. The Chiefs made the postseason every year but never reached the Super Bowl.
Hunt was released in late November 2018 due to off-field issues, while Hill was traded before the start of the 2022 season. The reunion is notable because Hunt led the league in scoring in his rookie season with Kansas City and always seemed like unfinished business with the franchise.
