Diddy Criminal Case Slaps Judge With Gag Order After Alleged 'Freak Off' Parties Revealed

Sean “Diddy” Combs won a small victory in court after a judge slapped down federal agents suspected of leaking information in his sex-trafficking case.

Diddy's lawyers called the feds “sick s—t” after The Post detailed the musician's falsely accused “freak offs” and cited a federal law enforcement source involved in the investigation.

In response, Manhattan federal judge Arun Subramanian issued an order late Friday warning federal prosecutors and other law enforcement officials working on the case to follow existing laws barring them from disclosing any grand jury information or other non-public information that could jeopardize a fair trial. can affect

“These comments, if made by any agent involved in the investigation or prosecution of this case, are clearly improper,” Subramanian wrote.

“To be clear, this order is not based on a finding that any wrongdoing has so far occurred, as the court has not made any finding at this juncture. [Diddy’s] Allegation that information related to the case has been leaked,” Subramanian added.

“The purpose of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens henceforth that would interfere with a fair trial.”

“The court will take appropriate action against any violation of the rules,” he added.

Earlier this month, Diddy's lawyers requested a hearing on allegations that Department of Homeland Security agents leaked 2016 footage of Diddy beating his ex-girlfriend Casey Ventura in a hotel hallway.

The hearing, which is still pending, sought to prevent the feds from improperly sharing any additional information from the criminal case with the press.

Combs is facing racketeering and sex trafficking charges for allegedly running his record label, Bad Boys Records, as a “criminal enterprise” for more than a decade.

The rapper, who is currently in federal custody in Brooklyn, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
