Pro Athlete Stops Allegedly 'Drunken' Sean 'Diddy' Combs From Sexually Assaulting Him At Celebrity-Studded Ciroc Vodka Party

A professional athlete allegedly stopped a drunk Sean “Diddy” Combs from sexually assaulting a luxury car dealer at one of his celebrity-studded parties, a new lawsuit claims.

The alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe,” claimed the attack unfolded around 2022 during a launch party for Combs' Ciroc vodka brand, court papers said.

The man, who runs a Los Angeles-based business that rents luxury cars and jewelry, alleged that Combs removed his pants and exposed himself after inviting guests into his private office during the event.

“The knuckles moved closer and then squeezed the plaintiff's genitalia through her pants, squeezing in a rough and sexual manner,” the lawsuit alleges.

“Plaintiff, shocked and disoriented, froze for the moment and did not know how to respond to the grotesquely inappropriate sexual advances made by Combs.”

The alleged attack only stopped when the unnamed sports star — identified only in the suit as “Professional Athlete A” — came to the office and intervened, filing a complaint.

According to court documents, the businessman fled the room and immediately left the party.

She claims that Combs, who has been one of her customers for years, told her that she decided to attend the event because other “high-profile guests from the music and entertainment business” would be there.

At one point during the party, the alleged victim said, he took a picture of Combs sitting on a couch with “other high profile people.”

A copy of the photo was included in the court papers but the faces of the other apparent celebrities were obscured.

The charges were unsealed late Sunday in the Southern District of New York in the latest flurry of civil cases slapped against the fallen music mogul.

One of the other recent cases involved disturbing allegations that the Bad Boy Records founder raped a 13-year-old while the two celebrities attended a VMS after-party in New York in September 2000.

The lawsuit was filed less than a week after Combs' lawyers forced a federal judge in Manhattan to release the names of a growing number of accusers who have been belatedly coming forward with years-old charges.

“This case is unique, in part because of Mr. Combs's celebrity status, wealth and the number of individuals who have brought charges against him because of the publicity from his previously settled cases,” the lawyers argued in the letter.

“This has had a wide ripple effect, triggering a stream of allegations by anonymous complainants, which range from false to completely absurd.”

Combs' lawyers have repeatedly derided the lawsuits as “obvious attempts to gain publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process,” his attorneys said in a recent statement.

“In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”

Combs is being held without bail in federal custody in Brooklyn.

She pleaded not guilty last month to federal charges of conspiracy to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking and transportation.
