'16 and Pregnant' star Autumn Crittenden's cause of death revealed
Autumn Crittenden The “16 and Pregnant” fame died from a drug combination that tragically took her life … TMZ has learned.
According to the Virginia Department of Health, the late reality star's official cause of death was poisoning from fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl … an illegal synthetic opioid similar to fentanyl.
The agency listed Autumn's manner of death as accidental.
As we report… Autumn returns and July diesWhen she was found unresponsive in her bedroom at the Virginia home she shared with her baby, her mother and her stepfather.
Paramedics were called and attempted to revive Autumn with CPR…but those life-saving efforts were unsuccessful.
Autumn was best known for appearing on Season 5 of MTV's “16 and Pregnant,” which documented the birth of her eldest son, drakewhom she welcomed with her then boyfriend Dustin Franklin. He had a total of three children.
He is only 27 years old.
Unfortunately, Autumn joins a long list of celebrities who have died from fentanyl, a deadly drug that has caused a ton of overdoses in the United States.
