Jennifer Lawrence is expecting her second child with husband Cooke Maroney CNN

Jennifer Lawrence is going to be a mother of two soon.

The Oscar-winning actress is pregnant with her second child, a rep for Lawrence told Vogue on Sunday.

CNN has reached out to Lawrence's representatives for comment.

Lawrence and her husband Cook Maroney, an art gallery director, are already parents to a son, Cy, whom they welcomed in 2022.

The couple has been married since 2019.

After the birth of her son, Lawrence opened up about motherhood in a 2022 interview with Vogue, saying she found it “scary” to talk about motherhood “because it's different for everyone.”

“Fortunately I have many girlfriends who were honest. Who was like, 'It's scary. You may not be able to connect right now. You might not fall in love right away.' So I felt ready to forgive,” he added.

Lawrence also told the publication that the morning after she gave birth to Sy, “I felt like my whole life had begun. Like, 'Today is the first day of my life.'

“I was just so in love,” she said. “My heart has expanded to a capacity I didn't know existed. That includes my husband.”
