Billy Idol, Jelly Roll cover Ozzy Osbourne to celebrate singer at Rock Hall induction

Earlier this month, the Rock Hall announced all the musicians who will take part in Osbourne's musical tribute, which includes the artist as a soloist following Jack Black's speech and Osbourne's acceptance speech. At the time, Osbourne, who has been recovering from injury in recent years, was not listed as a performer and did not respond to questions about whether she would perform.
