Lakers vs Warriors NBA Preseason Stats


Brony James made his first start against the Los Angeles Lakers in the preseason finale on Friday night.

With the minutes increasing, James had his best preseason performance yet — even though the Lakers were ultimately blown out by the Golden State Warriors, 132-74.

He entered the game 4-for-20 from the field, averaging 12.4 minutes per game while collecting six rebounds and four blocks through the first five games of the preseason.

“It's going great,” James told the Spectrum Sports Net Lakers reporter Mike Trudell About his first preseason. “I love every second of it. It's my dream to be here.”

James noted that he is still getting used to his new surroundings and what his pregame routine will consist of when the regular season opens against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.
