Sean “Diddy” Combs accused of raping woman who linked him to Tupac Shakur's murder
After resisting, DD held a knife to Parham's face and threatened to cut her “in retaliation for her earlier statements on the video call,” the suit claims. DD Parham is alleged to have undressed and doused her with “an oil/lubricant” before vaginally raping her with a television remote. According to the complaint, DD, Pierce and two unidentified men also raped Parham.
After the alleged gang-rape, DD forced Parham to take an “unknown pill”. Later, she claims, she confronted Diddy about the assault, but the musician responded by offering her money, saying the encounter was consensual and that she was a sex worker. When Parham refused to accept Diddy's offer, he told her that “no one would ever believe that she was raped by him and if she told anyone they would hurt her family.”
Parham said she went to multiple police departments to report the alleged rape, but no charges were filed.
An attorney for Parham, Ariel Mitchell, had no comment when reached by Pitchfork. DD's representatives also did not comment.
Sean “DD” incarcerated on federal conspiracy charges; Forced, fraudulent or forced sex trafficking; and transportation involving prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to be tried on May 5, 2025.
There are also numerous cases against DD alleging abuse. He has widely denied allegations of wrongdoing.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has long been linked to the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, but has maintained that he had nothing to do with the murder. A man named Duane “Kef D” Davis was arrested last year and charged with Shakur's murder, and remains in custody awaiting trial in March 2025. Davis, who pleaded not guilty, claimed Diddy offered Shakur $1 million to kill him. Shakur's family has reportedly hired celebrity lawyer Alex Spiro to investigate Diddy's possible connection to Shakur's death.
